Here's how to use iMuscle 2:

 <li>To work on a specific body area, zoom into that area on the 3D model. Tap on a muscle you want to target, and a thumbnail list of associated exercises will appear.</li>
 <li>Select an exercise, and you'll see an animated 3D model performing that exercise. It will also provide a detailed written description of how to perform the exercise, as well as highlight the primary and secondary muscles being targeted.</li>
